Executive Committee

A caucus of the delegates and life members from each county shall select a person to serve on the Executive Committee and those so selected by each county will be elected at the annual convention.

The Executive Committee shall consist of elected members to the committee, officers of the Association, the Counsel, and the Field Examiner. The Executive Committee shall have full power and authority to hear and determine all differences and disputes that may arise in any local association. It shall have the supervision and power of control of the funds and other property of the General Relief Fund and of all Firemen�s Relief Associations and shall report on or before the 1st day of June of each year a full report on the state of each association and the State Association.

The Executive Committee shall execute a blanket bond covering all officers of each and every Firemen�s Relief Association in such amounts as recommended by the Field Examiner and Treasurer of the State Association.

It shall appoint annually in May of each year a Field Examiner and a worthy counselor-at-law.

It shall have the authority to approve any appointments of the President in the case of any vacancy of any elected officers.
